Self love is something many of us don't really understand.
It is not just about buying yourself nice things or treating yourself to luxury.
It starts with knowing who you are and being comfortable with yourself.
You don't have to become someone else just because people expect you to.
You don't have to change who you are just to make people happy.
You are enough as you are.
There is beauty in your uniqueness, your story, and even the things you may consider imperfections.
Loving yourself means respecting yourself, taking care of yourself, and accepting who you are.
And when you truly learn to value yourself, you begin to value the things around you too.
Our environment is part of our home and our heritage.
So let us learn to care for ourselves, our communities, and the earth we call home.
Because how we treat ourselves should also reflect how we treat the world around us.
