Fitness is an underrated glow up tip for men and as you know me I don't gatekeep so let's talk about body building.
Normally, I wasn't a fan of working out, I saw it totally unnecessary, stressful, painful, draining and worthless, I'd rather read a book instead.
However, about four months ago, I started my fitness journey and I cannot lie, the results are amazing. I grew stronger biceps, more broad shoulders, stronger legs, back, finger grip and mentally I feel more focused than ever.
For those of you that like fashion like me, you'll discover that when you start working out and building your body, clothes will start to fit better, you'd look more masculine and your natural “beauty” will come out, moreover you won't be looking like a sack of potatoes
For those of you that want to fall in love or start dating: sources say high muscle mass is an advantage, I'm not really a fan of that though so whatever you do with that information is your business.
A lot of people want to start their fitness journey but they don't know how, so below are tips that'll help them do it and do it effectively:
1. Visualize what you want to achieve with your body.
2.Use AI to design a full body routine and plan for yourself.
3.You don't need to go crazy with a gym or equipment, you can start at home with improvised gears.
4.Sleep and rest sufficiently after every workout.
Eat! Eat and eat well, don't eat too much. Prioritize more carbohydrate and protein.
6. Don't pressure yourself, it takes time to build muscle.
7. Don't give up, it may hurt but the gains are far worth it.
Getting in shape is one of the best goals I've achieved this year and I hope you all tap in guys.

Very insightful, I love this. I had been getting in shape about a month ago, but I gave up because of the lack of routine and plan🤧 Thanks for the motivation 😊.
