No matter how great or how much we evolve as a society we can never outgrow the university systems. We often criticize the university for being inadequate forgetting that education is not limited to four walls. Universities aren't meant to teach us morals, or teach us how to use what we know to make money, these are the issues, we have imposed our personal responsibilities on re-examining and using what we learnt to a system specifically designed to only teach us concept and theories. When we look at the scientific aspect of universities, medicine continue to evolve, technology continues to innovate. I wont bother myself in highlighting what roles universities have played in facilitating this either by being an incubation hub or facilitating research and peer review. When we the universities has inadequate, the onus is not on the university to be depleted and undervalued, but it is actually on us to seek more knowledge because the very nature of knowledge is not being limited to a university but dynamic enough to be encountered anywhere.
